- Milkmaid - 600g
- Butter - 240g
- Cashewnut - 100g

For Topping
- Kandos Dark Compound - 190g
- Butter - 180g
Method
- Melt the Kandos Dark Compound and mix with all the ingredients keeping on the fire and put into a buttered lined tray.
- Cool in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Add the topping and cool.
