Ingredients

  • Kandos Dark Couverture pieces - 100g
  • Kandos White Couverture pieces - 100g
  • Milkmaid - 125ml
  • Soft Butter - 180g
  • Sugar - 110g
  • Flour - 225g
  • Baking Powder - 2½ teaspoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoons

Method

  1. Beat Butter, Sugar & Milkmaid until light and creamy.
  2. Add flour, Kandos Dark Couverture pieces, Kandos White Couverture pieces and mix well.
  3. Then make small balls and place on a buttered lined tray and press.
  4. Bake for 15 min or until golden colour at 170º C and cool.
