Ingredients

  • Marshmellow - 300g
  • Kandos Dark Couverture - 400g
  • Kandos Milk Couverture - 250g
  • Red Cherry - 100g
  • Desiccated Coconut - 75g
  • Peanut Pieces - 130g

Method

  1. Cut the Marshmellow into small pieces.
  2. Chop the Cherries and add into it.
  3. Mix the Desiccated Coconut and Peanut Pieces into the Marshmellow and mix well.
  4. Add the melted Kandos Milk Couverture and mix well.
  5. Then, add the melted Kandos Dark Couverture and put into a buttered lined tray.
  6. Cool in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
